Worst tasting pre workout supplement
Flavour is horrible, taste mildly sweet but in a bad way. Might have been exposed to moisture as the powder seems hardened and clumped together when I just opened it. Effect is good and no post workout crash. But taste is so bad I throw it away after just two servings.

Great Taste Great Feeling
Got the Cola version. Take it right after I wake up every morning, 30 mins before my HIIT class at 6am. Wakes me up, keeps me going not just for the workout but for the rest of the morning. Good pairing with the MP Chocolate protein post the workout for a decent finish.Goes Well With:Ice Water!
