It’s okay
Before trying this I have been using C4 pre workout. I do admit that the range of flavours for MyProtein is larger. However, I don’t feel the kick. This is based on the comparison with C4. I also felt more lethargic after the workout as well. Unlike with C4. It might not work for me but you can give it a try for yourself. Maybe it works for you.

Got a second tub with Cola flavour as I was totally loving the Fruit punch one. works like the first one I bought. Blended with Water but feel if it is with Soda, it will be betterGoes Well With:Tested with Water, going to test with soda.

Honestly, it tastes just like cola. This mixes well with soda water or sparkling water to give it the absolute punch of fizz like your cola you buy from stores. If you mix it with just ordinary water, it will taste like unfizzy cola. It also gives me a burst of energy. Overall, it is good product.
