bitter and spicy taste

5Really great pre-workout. Can absolutely feel the burn once you drink this, the heat and energy kicks in really quick. Experienced mild tingling sensations which is what i prefer. (enough to make me feel good, not too much). The taste is great after awhile of getting used to 💦Goes Well With:Cold water is great
