This is by far one of the worst preworkouts I've ever taken. There was this absolutely awful and rancid taste to it. Couldn't push down more than 2 sips and ended up throwing the bottle away.

Really great pre-workout. Can absolutely feel the burn once you drink this, the heat and energy kicks in really quick. Experienced mild tingling sensations which is what i prefer. (enough to make me feel good, not too much). The taste is great after awhile of getting used to 💦Goes Well With:Cold water is great
