Soy Protein Isolate - 1kg - Pouch - Chocolate Smooth
4Taste: Chocolate Smooth flavour is on point. Mixability: Mixed using a blender and it produced many thick bubbles, definitely drinkable. Effectiveness: Provides 27g of protein in 1 1⁄4 scoops, but I just use 1 scoop each time. (21.6g of protein) Once before and once after workout, totaling 43.2g of protein to build and maintain muscles.

Tastes horrid, but fantastic macros
2Honestly, it tastes so bad that you wouldn't even be able to look at it if you drink it with water. Even thinking of it would make you feel like throwing up. Try adding some flavours, hopefully that helps...

Similar to milkshake but difficult to digest
3The mixture is very thick despite mixing less than recommending serving portion. Still prefers the regular impact whey.
