1. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass

Carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function (contraction) after highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle. This beneficial effect is obtained with the consumption of carbohydrates, from all sources, at a total intake of 4g per kg body weight, at doses, within the first 4 hours, and no later than 6 hours, following highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle.
3. Vitamin B6, B12, Magnesium, and Riboflavin contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue
4. Creatine is proven to improve physical performance in successive burst of short-term, high-intensity exercise. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3g creatine.
Consume immediately after training, up to 3 times daily.

Gel for Multi sports training
First try on myprotein gel recovery, this is for preparation on my Ironman training. Completed swimming, cycling and running exercises in one week. This gel recovery really helps me to get along for all this 3 sports. The taste is nice and won’t get dull. Will still use this gel for my actual race day!
