Simply consume 1 sachet, 15-30 minutes before exercise for optimal results. Do not consume more than one sachet in 24 hours. * Beneficial effect is obtained with caffeine at doses of 3 mg/kg bodyweight at least one hour prior to exercise, and only if caffeine is avoided 12 hours prior to use.

Very good!
The taste although quite sweet, can tolerate if you take it in one go! Gets me super pumped for quite long, and the crash isnt bad as well. Not bad! Will recommend !
