Essential fatty acid that supports heart health

Omega-3s are essential polyunsaturated fatty acids that your body can’t make itself, so you have to get them from your diet. They’re found naturally in fish oil — meaning it can be difficult to get enough of it from what you eat alone, if you don’t eat enough fish in your diet.
What is omega-3?
Omega-3s are a group of essential fatty acids that play numerous important roles in your body. They occur naturally in one of two forms, triglycerides or phospholipids. As your body cannot produce omega-3s on its own, these fatty acids must be sourced from your diet.
Three important omega-3 essential fatty acids include ALA (alpha-linoleic acid), EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid). DHA and EPA play a vital role in human physiology as they have benefits such as helping to support heart health.1
Where is omega-3 sourced from?
Our Essential Omega-3 is sourced from fish. If you are following a diet that excludes fish but are looking to supplement your omega-3 intake, it’s worth taking a look at our Vegan Omega, which is sourced from marine algae.
Alternatively, our Organic Chia Seeds are a natural, plant-based source of omega-3-6-9 and protein, and are a great addition to a healthy, balanced diet. They’re a versatile ingredient that can be added to your shakes, oats and bakes.
Our Packaging
We’ve gone through an exciting redesign, and as we step into a new era, you’ll see fresh packaging in your orders. Change is a good thing. But change takes time. Especially when you make change responsibly.
Because we don't believe in wasting perfectly good packaging — that would go against our sustainability pledge — you might get a mix of old and new designs inside your orders.
Rest assured, it’s still the same consistently high-quality product, just as you’d expect. If you happen to receive classic packaging, know that your order is helping to reduce waste. And if you receive anything with a fresh look, you’re one of the first, and we'd love to hear what you think.

Average product!
Not sure if it was a courier issue but somewhere along the supply chain, the item has been exposed to high heat and the softgels were melted to the bottle.

not too good ....
these have no taste when you swallow them, but after a while, if you burp .... wow, the fishy taste is nasty. i've never had problems with taking other brands of fish oil before but this is the first chime i encounter fishy taste. I wouldn't recommend it.
