Makes me doze off faster
I have a habit of toss and turn before sleep. Difficulties in falling asleep. This tablet really helped me to doze off faster!

Relax
It was really helpful, made me sleep faster. I have a really bad habit of watching Netflix until very late(even though iam tired). But by using this product with protein shake before going to bed help me to sleep earlier and quite well. It has perfect combos of nutrients to relieve stress and help you to relax.
