My Preferred Shaker
This shaker is larger than the ordinary shakers I ever had. I like the 3 compartments (come with shaker), it carries my protein powder and pre-workout supplement. Large capacity shaker for 1L of water, the compartments into the shaker when it is empty. Therefore it leaves more spaces in my bag for other stuffs.
