For best results, we recommend adding ½ a scoop (11g) to 250ml of water or another drink of choice, mixing and having any time of day. It’s easy to make part of your everyday routine.

Good taste and mixed with fruit for my breakfast.Goes Well With:Go well with apple and orange

Not for me.
Maybe I've got a bad batch but I find it hard to get it to dissolve in my iced coffee or even in just fridge cold drinks like juice or milk. I've tried other collagen powders but I don't find this to give me any benefits. My hair and nails didn't grow longer, faster, or any stronger like the other brands did.

Good mixability with nice, refreshing taste
Very pleased with the Orange-Mango flavored product that I bought to supplement collagen intake. It's fine powdered form has good mixability with milk. The orange-mango flavor is nice and refreshing! Its my favorite amongst all I've tried for Whey Protein products. Goes Well With:Milk, especially chilled after mixing.
