1. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.
- Mix 1g (approx. 1/3 scoop) with a minimum of 50ml of water or juice. Best consumed on an empty stomach. Consume twice daily. Powder settles over time, we recommend weighing for the most accurate measure.
