A Pleasure Treat to Get in My Omega-3 Intake
The oil in capsules is actually red and not golden as depicted in the illustration. The dosage is just 1 capsule a day, and the capsules are not humongous, making it a pleasure to consume and get in my daily omega-3 intake. Brownie's point is there is absolutely no fishy taste at all!
