Essential BCAA Tablets
I was reading up on the benefits of BCAA so I decided to buy it when I made my protein order. I understand that people find tablets hard to swallow but this was alright for me and the reason I picked tablets over powder was its convenience. It is far easier to pack tablets than powder. After a workout, I felt soreness in my trapezius, I took the tablets and went to sleep. I was surprised to find that, on the next day, my soreness reduced by 20-30%. It got better subsequently as the days progressed. I will recommend this if you are looking to recover faster and hence, train more. If you find the tablets hard to swallow, feel free to get the powdered form on the MYPROTEIN site :).
