Size guide
Like any regular screw top. definitely the better option over the regular resealable pouch. Myprotein should provide a size guide. I will help out since they don't. 2.5kg protein bag - 6000ml 5kg protein bag - 10000ml + 4000ml

Works as desgined
Not much you can say about a screw top tub, but it works as designed. Though the opening is a little small for transferring products from the packaging myprotein provides.

Got it to store my protein powder. Seals tight.

Useful and convenient
I like that the mouth of the tub is big. Seals sufficiently tight. I find the 500ml one is just too tiny (like a vitamin pill bottle), while the 4000ml one is just nice and easy to handle.
