Clangy metal ball
4The metal ball inside is NOISY. I switched it out for a plastic ball I had in my older shaker bottle (other brand). The bottle is great. Caps nicely and doesn't spill (not like my older shaker bottle, other brand). BUT sometimes the capping mechanism doesn't work perfectly. Do i recommend? Yes. 6 to 700ml of water. GAINZ BRAH
