i don't see any difference or feel any effect
I don't feel any difference when i take this, despite other reviews saying that it gave them an extra boost of energy. doesn't help with my appetite and weight loss too even though I still have my workout trainings 4 times a week. these tabs smell really bad too :/

Good item, gave me more energy
First time trying this out and it turns out good. Felt more awake, able to do more things. However, have headaches on some occasion. I do not take coffee due to headaches in the past, guess maybe that's why.
